      Overworking, no training and no support

      Pros

      People are extremely friendly, diversity is extremely high and they're very accepting and inclusive of women/minorities.

      Cons

      No one receives the proper training they need for their role. They overwork everyone to get the most out of people without having to hire other workers. Everyone is overworked, stressed and tired. The best way to describe the culture is either "workaholic" or "sink or swim"

      Pros

      My manager continually provides opportunities for me to grow my professional skills. Opportunities for growing within the company are being discussed. The pay is good and annual raises are awarded along with IPB and CPB. Good team to work with and lots of investments in Canada.

      Cons

      Big organization and therefore there can be delay in decisions or projects progressing. There are many discussions on how to do things right which can take too much time before actions are implemented.
