      A few benefits of working at Tenaris is that they are flexible with schedule. The pay is decently well and matched market conditions for the most part

      Cons

      Some areas the company can improve on is the issue of paying 3rd party vendors that are hired by tenaris. This causes a lot of issues internally across the whole company and can be difficult to deal with.

      In Tenaris I believe that any good professional profile can find its place. All the people are kind and understanding because they were in your shoes. And they are available to support and help you growing. The salaries in my opinion are competitive an bonuses are good too. Here you can find a large catalogue of benefits from which you can choose what you need.

      As cons, it is true that the volume of work is high. But you can find understanding from management, they support you with courses and trainings.
