      Large global company offering amazing training and a long term career path!

      Pros

      Global Presence, rotational program for Global Trainees so you are exposed to different departments, huge emphasis on training (4 weeks in Argentina for TUIC), 70% of manager & directors started with Tenaris out of college

      Cons

      Need to be open to a multi-cultural environment; need to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

      Pros

      Tenaris provides a very challenging and demanding place to work. There are some amazing people within the company. The benefits package was rock solid as was being able to take time off for emergencies. They take care of people even during economic downturns.

      Cons

      No respect from senior management unless you are from Argentina. The salaries are about 20-30% lower than the norm. Excessive work hours. Poor senior management. Employee surveys results are ignored and ridiculed.

      good entry salary prety good oportunity for juniors to develop to the next level multicultural environment a lot of training courses

      Cons

      work life balance decreasing low yearly salary increases not everyone has acces to international experiences a lot of disadvantages for employees who are not from Argentina, Mexic, Italy
