      It has a very big holding owning other companies in the industry.

      Cons

      Still a family company, so at the end of the day it is very imprtant to know someone from the family to be able to grow.

      Pros

      I'm working for Tenaris, full time, for one year in a very challenging and dynamic environment. You always have the opportunity to prove your dedication and capabilities. If you show potential, for sure you will be promoted.

      Cons

      You can get a raise based on your performance review, which is quite transparent, but it may take a while. Some times stressful situations occur, combined with bad work&life balance.

      Pros

      Multicultural environment that gives a lot to learn from and a network of international contacts, really good personnel (teams) in all the branches, good training programs - overall a good place to have work experience in international company.

      Cons

      Salaries are mediocre, while work-life balance is sometimes hard to mantain, career is not fast and moving international from your location is something definitely not in company interests (until it is, otherwise). Also, having an Argentinian passport is a big advantage, overall lot of info in reviews here is quite relevant.
