      Pros

      You will learn a LOT. They give employees challenging assignments and projects from the start.

      Cons

      Management is all from Argentina, Mexico, or Italy. Hardly ANY women in managerial roles. A lot of work but very few people to do it.

      Good exposure and professional coworkers. Challenging jobs.

      Cons

      People speak Spanish all the time, it is not an inclusive culture as they like to say. Business are ran as the grandfather movie. All pass through one person (at the very top) and your future is determine by him. At least 60 Hours a week. You will never hear a "Good Job"... it is really old school..."No news is good news".
