      Multinational company, excellent culture, international development, a lot of formal training, posibility to rotate among different functional areas

      Cons

      High turnover rate, you start from entry positions in the base of pyramid (no matter how much experience you already hold), not too much work-life balance

      Good experience overall integrated in a great team, multi cultural environment, learnt a lot and the hard way most of the time, plus it is a really good line on the CV

      Cons

      Operational work was really boring, being a number in a big corporation is not fun at all, a lot of overtime difficult to evolve in the company
