      Pros

      Great Company. Fantastic understanding of market forces. Great vision and strategy and plans in every aspect. Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Latin Style of management. Tendency to listen only to own groups and central control/forces. Opportunities have slow down with the downtrend in the industry. It should get better.

      Great company to start your career. Great training program and supportive leaders. For nonengineers the marketing group is a great dynamic place to start.

      Upward mobility maybe limited, prefers bilingual (Spanish) leadership team because of the company's international presence.
