      The company is very good for people of latin culture and who are bilingual in spanish.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, no empathy or compassion for employees, no appreciation for their blue collar employees, limited promotability for Americans.

      Pros

      This department had direction a year ago. We worked as a team then, and knew our peers and boss on a personal level, easily approachable with any concerns.

      Cons

      Some management/ office personnel lack basic field knowledge but will review your reports or you personally without fully understanding a situation because they are still learning the names of the tools on the rig.
