      Pros

      Excellent training program for entry level candidates, exposure and knowledge covering all elements of the business. One month trip to Argentina for a training camp

      Cons

      Latin influence permeates corporate culture. Favouritism towards spanish-speakers. Open spanish conversations in the lunch room can be excluding. Expect little in terms of career advancement past the three year mark - unless you are working 11+ hour days. HR is almost nonexistent as a department, very small presense with no pulse on the morale and sentiment of the office

      Pros

      Training, international environment, top management. In the first years you will attend the camp in south america, the very best experience ever. Pay is ok

      Cons

      Hard to climb the pyramid, long hours. Some days are spent just to fill papers or authorization... Job rotation is ok, not always you are doing a real rotation
