Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent company to work for. Despite the Oil & Gas crisis, the environment is positive and very challenging. They are making a change in the market in the way they commercialize pipes and services. It is interesting to see a company that invests during the crisis in order to reposition itself to come out stronger when the market picks up again.
Cons
Some of the internal processes are a little bit complicated, but management is putting a lot of focus in improving and modifying them to adapt to the new environment. Apart from that not many things that I can mention
