Pros
It's a company you will learn a lot in, it helps you to develop areas as team work, exposition, technical backgroundifficulties and managing decision making. You get a lot of responsibility and you are pushed to do your best everyday.
Cons
If you are at operations or maintenance say goodbye to your social life, the day is way to long to finish with your everyday work. Work under pressure is a daily thing to do and you must deliver result and those have to be the best results. Effort is nothe longer a good actitud and it's not recognized and to outstand among all the people you have to be like a genius or a Nobel price winner. Work is always growing at a tremendous rate, doesn't happen the same with salaries.
