      - good salary - nice benefits - flexible working hours

      Cons

      - at the begging you don'y receive a proper training - i haven't participate in any team building -work /life balance not so good

      Pros

      There are better places to work Ok if you want short term employment and a steady paychecks Great if you know Spanish Reasonably secure employment

      Cons

      All managers are Argentinian (nothing like North American Culture). Long hours, no work/life balance. In Argentina "you should be honored you get to work for Tenaris" and this mentality is shown in the way they treat employees and do business. Everyone in a position of power was sent from Argentina, not many opportunitites for North Americans to advance. Treat people as a cog in the machine Less vacation, pay & benefits then elsewhere Systems you work with are a nightmare
