      Global Company with partial headquarters in buenos aires, Argentina. Good experience for engineers. The industry is in decadency.

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance. It is not a flexible company. It is difficult to innovate, bureaucratic company.

      Pros

      Ability to share experience with counter parts from many different parts of the globe. Performed training in Mexico, Argentina, Japan and Singapore. It was an awesome experience

      Cons

      A lot of red tape within the company. I felt that you need to be one of " them" to be able to have the chance of promotion. Many managers stay in the same position for a very very long time.
