      Pros

      Have standards, procedures, rules and regulations. The bonus is good.

      Cons

      No life-time balance and as far as they can squeeze from you is welcome. Moreover they have their "untouchable" people and the "pawns" which they can sacrifice anytime.

      Pros

      - young environment and very pleasant - decent work volume generally - good relationship with management (open, supportive manager) Good opportunity for entry level people. It offers the occasion to learn a lot. Challenging job. Offers opportunity for business trips to the plants. Good travel policy. Opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

      Cons

      - low salary level. - Low salary increase each year - no trainings offered by 3rd party on personal development and related to the job done. Training is on the job, what you learn by yourself, from the manager and from the more experienced colleagues. - overtime is not paid - many overtime hours done for month closure (1 day per month) - Romanian national holidays not respected. no days off
