      Pros

      They pay you big money for Argentina, although this is low compared with what they pay in the rest of the countries. People that was in technology was kind of smart.

      Cons

      Lot of work and hours needed, just doing the best of yourself for 9hrs per day sometimes is not enough. No relation between salaries and responsabilities. A lot of injusticies in the career growth path. They used some info from me in a patent and didn't perceive any reward.
