      As long as you can give more than 200%, you will be recognise as good employee. It means, you need to give all your time Good carrier possibility if you shows that you are so dedicated to the company Good collegues

      Pros

      Large stable global company, some ability to travel, good pay for U.S. employees, great health insurance for U.S. employees, good maternity/paternity leave, spending a month in Argentina for training

      Cons

      This applies to the U.S. only (this is a huge company) - No females in any mid/upper management, they don't care about their employees, your happiness depends on your plant manager because corporate doesn't value you, no free lunches, no flexible hours, can't work from home, no happy hours, everyone is very burnt out and stressed, expects employees to work 50+ hours, very little IT support to reduce employee's hours, very little vacation
