      Pros

      Great work environment. The company invests a lot in enabling employees to perform and to develop. Promotions are granted based on merit and I see consistence between achievement and career advancement. Very multicultural.

      Cons

      The objectives are generally challenging, so a lot of hard work is necessary to perform.

      Large company, lots of things to do.

      Cons

      If they don´t need you anymore, they will fire you no matter how many years have you been working for the company or how good you are at work. It's a multinational company, they move teams from one place to another and that means firing people. There are some areas where you can not ascend or move. You will be there forever.
