      Pros

      The only pro is the benefits.

      Cons

      The company takes advantage of you. Depending on your assigned position you never know what time you are getting off. We have had to work as many as 19 hours straight with no relief, or lunch. That wears on you after awhile. You can't make plans or be with your family. If you try to speak to management they let you know that you can be replaced.
