      Pension, wages, benefits, vacation, lots of time off(mainly due to poorly run mill)

      Cons

      Consistently tripping over themselves to save money Neglecting equipment and proper maintenance. Management brought in from abroad with no ties to community, was able to run the mill into the ground within 6 months. Promote people who have zero skills.
