      Great place to start your career- good compensation

      Pros

      -extremely large network all over the world -good compensation -strenuous but enjoyable work culture -one month training trip to Argentina -rotation after 1 year

      Cons

      -you could end up in a role that you don’t enjoy in the GT rotation program (can be offset by rotation) -manufacturing is inherently a very demanding industry

      Pros

      Huge compay with lots of rotation and training, with a lot of challenges. A really good thing about the GT program is the TUIC ( tenaris university induction camp) which is a really enriching experience to network with people around the world and know every aspect of the company as a corporation and core business.

      Cons

      Tenaris is massive but it’s not expanding as it used to be due to market changes and it size. This makes quite dificult to grow in a hierarchical way.
