      Pros

      Tenaris is a company that invests in its employees a lot.. in terms of training, development and work experiences and rotation.

      Cons

      It is a company that usually gives its employees a Kind of overloading responsibilities that may affect the work life balance. Another problem is that some leaders are not qualified to lead Global Trainees, and they don’t follow the culture and values of GT program which affects the Global Trainee.
