      Pros

      Strong people management process, good career opportunities. Excellent place to apply your skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      Hard to convey all areas towards a same goal, not much collaboration between areas, instead everybody is trying to stay covered. People are afraid of failure due to the conception of targeting the guilty person. Old processes that need review.
