Employee performance can be centered towards what other people think of the employee, not always the employee's results and competency; the network effect is very strong which can be good but can also be a discriminating factor

Alot of things are not explained when starting the position. The company is very structured and go by the "Tenaris Way" which doesn't always work. Seeing as this is a global company, something that works in Mexico may not work the same in PA. Language barriers are huge!
