      You can have a lot of benefits, such as a monthly rental assistance (if you needed to move), great support from HR, and a very good salary.

      Cons

      The downside is that it is not only demanding in terms of time, but it also has an evaluation system that generates competition among colleagues. Tenaris is not a huge fan of home office,
