Competitive salaries, good people culture, work stability, growth opportunities (lots of ongoing projects), wfh and lax working hours, they care for you if you deliver.

Cons

Big Corporation bureaucracy, slow to adapt to changes, less additional benefits than other dev workplaces. TELCO market in general is being more and more regulated in the Argentina, this reality conditions the company health and forecast.
