      Old fashion leadership

      Good payment, good perks, in general, very flexible, trainings available.

      Cons

      Part of the leadership is old fashioned, they don't build collective knowledge, you are not allowed to bring new ideas without making your leads feel threaten. People is treated as resources and work life balance is not good. Meabevthey are just going through a storm with many layoff going on, maybe they're just like this.
