Literally none. Poorly managed company.

Cons

Management is absolutely atrocious with micromanagement that lack serious leadership and communication skills. Managers are free to change their “expectations” with zero communication of the change, expecting you to read their minds.

- Offshoring more jobs to Argentina (the whole US PM team was replaced by Argentinians) - Leadership left when new CEO joined
