I faced significant challenges under the leadership of the QA Manager. Even though the team was consistently putting in the effort, the lack of contribution and guidance from leadership really held back the success of our projects. The inefficiency ultimately played a role in the decision to lay off several QA professionals, including myself. With the high cost of living, this has made things a lot more difficult. I just hope future teams get to work with a manager who fosters collaboration, supports their team, and takes responsibility.
