      Culture was toxic and ruined Livongo

      Pros

      Benefits were alright and when it used to be Livongo culture was great.

      Cons

      Management and HR doesn' t care about your growth and development. They push you out if you don't fit their own version of the status quo and put you on bs performance improvement plans to push you out. Very typical old-school white-man corporate culture that's all about talking the talk, kissing a--, and doing what "looks good" rather than focusing on collaboration and progress. Teladoc bought Livongo and completely ruined the potential that Livongo had. After Teladoc bought Livongo, stock prices tanked.

      Chaotic for Software Engineers

      Pros

      The benefits are good as well as RSUs. PTO can be generous, but sometimes get sarcastic remarks when you get back.

      Cons

      SDLC around here is pretty hectic. Another teams' release can put your team's release in jeopardy, therefore all the time spent on trying to get your code out can be in vain. Sometimes you can be unfairly judged by your work output and as for myself, got a promotion passed by because leadership's lack of awareness of your individual contributions.

      Blatant Anti-semitism

      Pros

      Most of the people are kind and well-intentioned.

      Cons

      I've *never* experienced the level of Anti-semitism in my professional career that I experienced repeatedly at Teladoc. My complaint to HR was ignored. All other pros/cons aside, I strongly encourage Jewish people to avoid this company for their own mental health.
