Pros

The benefits are amazing, the salaries are very competitive, Teladoc is free to all employees, the environment is comfortable, there is an on-site cafeteria, an on-site fitness center, constant contests to win prizes such as 70 inch TV's-IPads-gift card-etc. the company is growing and so is the career opportunities. The company would rather hire/promote within than seek an external candidate. You want to work here!

Pros

The people are often nice and get you through the day. The pay and benefits are better than the majority of the call centers in the area. Each person has their own desk which they can decorate.

Cons

There is a very clear disconnect between management and the employees. We are promised bonuses that are nearly impossible to meet (especially during the busy season), middle management is wishy-washy and doesn't have clear answers to the most basic of questions, and the company does nothing in the form of bettering work-life balance. Mostly empty promises.
