      Great Product – Start-Up Culture

      Pros

      The product is wonderful. There are some really great people. In general, the company culture includes a high level of energy and innovation.

      Cons

      While the energy and innovation of a start-up culture can be inspiring, it also means that it can be chaotic and feel exploitative. Lack of knowledge about best practices (for internal processes) leads to low productivity and efficiency, despite the incredibly long hours.

      Pros

      Our company is so cutting edge that it is growing so rapidly and it is such a fun place to work. The managers and the company have "heart" in their job and work to provide a great place for me and my co-workers. The senior management are so real. When they some in to town and walk through our office, they actually speak to you! Very smart group of people and they hire really good people to help us expand and stabilize. Amazing product. Read about us!

      I stay very busy but I have been here over 1 1/2 years and still like every piece of my job.

      Pros

      I liked the ability to make money on my own hours when I was not busy with practice or family. They said I could work as much or as little as I wanted.

      Cons

      Started to get annoyed with them in December. Would get up to 6 voicemails a day asking for me to log in and take calls since they were busy during a busy time of year. I am busy too with my increased workload and wanting to spend some time during Christmas with family. The texts, emails, and voicemails I treated like white noise. I asked them to stop calling me when I was not logged in and they said they had to. I was not with them very long.
