Pros
The service itself is excellent. Providing the members with telemedicine service is an awesome alernative to the failing health system.
Cons
The company is so focused on growing the business that it does not have time or resources to update the internal systems, procedures, and employee rights to keep up. One day it will implode unless they do something quick! They let employees go like they are water. One day your there the next poof.
