      Pros

      Innovative product that is seriously changing the way people access healthcare and costs associated with it. Highly invested in diversity and inclusion across the workforce, and a true mission and values oriented culture. "We keep our promises" is heard regularly from leadership team. Working for a company where you are helping people is a huge personal motivator as well, and compensation and benefits are good (especially employee stock purchase program!).

      Cons

      This is a company in high growth mode, both organic and via acquisition. Most roles won't necessarily the best fit for an employee who is looking to come in, do their job and go home. It's busy and things change quite often, as they do in companies that are transforming the status quo.

      Pros

      Great leadership and support from management! Teladoc does a wonderful job of creating an inclusive work environment even though we're all working remotely. I feel very connected with my team and the level of support I receive from my director is wonderful! Senior and executive leadership truly care about their employees and since I've joined the company earlier this year I've been involved in really cool projects that are improving the way we attract, hire and retain new talent! My director is very supportive and has created an environment that allows me to expand my skill set and learn new things.
