Questionable practices focused on the bottom line, leadership is constantly changing, no room for creativity/new ideas, some departments are hostile towards the rest of the company, HR is not helpful, some parts of the work environment are toxic and harmful to morale and employee mental health, Livongo merger was a nightmare, so many talented people driven out by poor culture.

Huge technical debt, lack of competent product leadership (no CPO for over a year), executive leadership who doesn't understand how the products work and are their incapable of creating a viable roadmap to profitability, large amounts of internal politics from mid-level managers, loss of many if the competent people who understood who different processes work. Things take 5x longer then they should to get done and management fails to understand they are never going to layoff their way out of this.
