Its an industrial group willing to invest in education, to develop quality programs. Is a serious.company, with high standads. They invest in training and people debelopment systems.

Cons

Sometimes top management is not so empatic with employees. The culture is not that flexible. Most of the leaders works long hours. Soft skills are not thay appreciated they should be in a state of the art company.
