Initial days company sent people to Milan. Ok u can get some abroad experience other than that nothing

Cons

No Company procedures, Rouge way of doing things, Poor HR policies- They ask u to sign bond for every abroad trip, More over no present projects with this EPC.

This is a huge company, having operations all over the world (Europe, Latin America, Africa, etc) and dancing from heavy metal industry to oil and gas exploration and production. The prospective opportunities are endless.

Cons

It has a working philosophy that may wear you off: very long working hours, not the best salaries I'm the industry, etc.
