Nothing other than brand name of TATA , only a feel Good factor,

Huge difference between what is promised at campus ( in terms of CTC) & what you see at company, Blunders in a offer letter, Need strong "jack" to get justice Very limited scope to work in field of your interest, but if you have some " jack" then you will be on top priority, you will be placed in a best profile &........! Very much low in hand salary, huge amount of non-cash components which you can't use Join only if you know someone on a good position,
