      1. Gives preference in all its opportunities for development 2. Welcomes ideas and everybody is free to implement them if you have figured them out 3. Good salary at entrance level

      they look after you and your family , apart from the works the bondage that employees have together is mind blowing

      Cons

      have to work in remote locations, job is not white collar , need to sweat while your friends seat in ac offices

      Extremely Disappointing Experience

      Pros

      Ethical. Provides good facilities for the sort of places that people are deputed. There is still the influence of the Tata values which prevents the organization from descending into utter chaos

      Cons

      Extremely political senior management. Decisions are made to appease higher ups rather than on the merit of its value to the business.The company functions totally on favoritism and very strong university lobby groups exist within the organization. In the process of building an image of being inclusive (as opposed to elitist) the company has lost its focus on excellence, hiring candidates from all sorts of places. Below average salaries are another issue. I personally never got the professionally enriching experience that I signed up for.
