work and learn. Good people. More focus on educate the employees in both technical and managerial way.

Cons

Location. No shopping malls no multiplex. Although Jamshedpur might see these in coming 2-3 years.

Performers can get quick promotion with a bit of manipulation though. Has latest technology and one of the fastest growing steel companies.

Cons

Lack of corporate culture and low job satisfaction leading to high attrition rate. Employee welfare is never a priority.
