Job security, Salary By Far good compare to Other Indian Steel Majors.

Cons

Fat organization, This company made of Political peoples (huge pile of West Bengal peoples) and if you want to overcome you have to make your boss happy always, what he will say you have to do anything...If you work hard, there will no credentials after wards. I will rather say join some other groups of Tata not Tata Steel..

Hands on experience with state of the art technology. Compensation is also good but could be better considering what other core companies are offering. mentors are very helpful.

Cons

Work location is remote. Pollution levels are high in the city. No airport facilities in the city. Its just a maintenance job with no innovation.
