Great place for Metallurgy Graduates in India. I worked as Manager Operations in Blast Furnaces in Tata Steel.

Good package to start with. Best company to remain if you have a passion for iron making/steel making or metallurgy. Good growth in metallurgy sector. Managed life.

Cons

Only four promotion levels. IL5-IL1 if you start with Graduate Trainee as IL5. With work experience promotion should be bounded.
