Respect, ethics and collaboration/team work are at the core of the organisation. You can feel lot of maturity and professional approach from all leaders. Always aim to institutionalize sustainable practices.

Cons

The collaborative and participative approach at times delays the decision making. People needs to be hold accountable for both action & inaction - 'lenient' culture while demanding performance.

Excellent opportunities for professionals to develop but shear size of the business makes it very beurocratic.

Lots of opportunities to progress and excellent training provided for professionals (not sure is same for operations personnel).

Cons

Not very agile, the systems and process are very beurocratic. Business position is not great currently with huge pressure in whole workforce to cut costs and find improvements.
