Great Development in inter-personal skills, business ethics, business conduct, corporate culture and negotiation skills. It is a good place for a person who want to find a balance between his work and life.

Cons

Very repetitive job, you may not get verbal appraisals time to time when you want one from your higher ups but u will definitely get at the end of year. Sometimes jobs can be very demanding and chances of landing up with unfriendly boss.
