They seemed to be in a hurry to just hire up anyone ASAP. They did not consider proper conduct or validity of points in the Group discussion.

Cons

Did not even read the form they asked us to fill. Completely technical interview yet such steep shortlisting from meager Group discussion: 24 to 4!

Pros

The work culture is very good. Colleagues are helpful. The top management is very good and listens to employee issues and grievances. The non-currency perks are a lot. And if one is posted in jamshedpur, there are enough number of low cost company owned facilities that one may not get anywhere else such as -club memberships, sports facilities, gym etc. The company owned flats and bungalows in jamshedpur are also very comfortable to stay in.

Cons

Low pay compared to other industries but definitely good compared to others in the manufacturing sector.
