It provides platform for employees to go beyond their regular work schedule and engage in productivity improvement initiatives. Organisation is people driven and work culture provides a good work life balance for individuals. It has a great value system for everything it does.

Cons

Little bureaucratic. There are too many processes and reviews for decision making. Accountability is low.

It is a family oriented work culture. TATA as a whole is a company which is known for it integrity, trust and being associated with such a company is a privilege for me.

Cons

The only con that one can think of is the somewhat laid back and relaxed work cultur of the organisation. The location , Jamshedpur,is also a small city and the experience of staying there will prove different

Structured process, good exposure , supportive management, job rotation, job satisfaction, work life balance, ample opportunities for extra curricular activities, exposure to best practice and sound learning and development.

Cons

Compensation, people with potential are not identified and other factors are taken into consideration which are not related to work, horrible difference between gt and non-gt cadre
