Working with such a large organization is always a great learning experience. A person can get feel of everything at one place itself. Whether it is person's expertise area or other areas like operations, quality, supply chain, finance, general management etc.
Cons
Negative side of working in such a large organization is that if a person is not thriving for excellence, he will not be able to grow and will not be able to stand against fierce and ruthless competition.
