Pros

you can join only if you want to work in Delhi -NCR,As it is only company of steel manufacturing based just in peripheral of Delhi.

Cons

1. Management is not just barring the individual employee progress as well as the overall progress of a highly tech steel manufacturer. 2.No training to anyone,just a doomed culture. 3.Salary never on time.
