Holiday plan is an excellent add-on for the officers. Good place to learn new things and expertise. People are good.

Cons

Executive Holiday plan is limited to indian sub continent only. The overseas option is disabled. The benefits are added to CTC which becomes a load during taxation.

- No holidays on festivals. The company works 360 days a year. - the sabbatical leave for further studies is no longer available for employees
