      None. There are no pros of you are an aspiring person, who wants to grow. People will try to demote you every day of your work

      1. Poor management staff. 2. HR department belongs in 1989. 3. Demotivating people. 4 lot of false advertising. 5 people don't care about growth .

      Good processes, bad management

      Pros

      The policies and process set in the system are excellent. A good work life balance with a good pay can be easily achieved. There is a lot of scope to learn and bring out many changes.

      Cons

      The learning and work life will depend a lot on the immediate superior. There is nil to very less autonomy given even at manager and senior manager level. Highly beaurocratic structure and to a good extent perception based operating happens.
