1. Top Management completely unaware of ground realities 2. Hypocritical in Ethics and Values, large cases of corruption or conflict of interest goes unnoticed 3. Weak HR (among other Tata Companies) 4. Low quality of talent development 5. Discrimination based on sex and caste. (Probably religion as well)

Good if you want a continue with a stable in the nest . comfortable since you are with the flow and keep doing routine jobs

Cons

Growth is very slow, Performance and feed back will be biased & always based on a pseudo status quo an more perception plays in it, years of experience has much value here , creativity will not be honed if it pinches the on-going system
